@frozenlolo Maybe you never noticed people walking across the interstate 480 between Council Bluffs and Omaha, the Bob Kerry Pedestrian Bridge allows them to cross safely. Also, it does not connect a mud pit, it connects downtown Omaha to homes, fiture condos, and a park in Council Bluffs, and is a continuation of a biking trail that travels on both sides of the river. 1000s of people walk on the bridge every day.

If you had ever been there then you might know that.
