@indosolo Hey, I have the same problem with my eeePc. But the blue light isnt on. Only the green and the red one is up! Ive tried with that copper arrows but still nothing! Please any help! :S
@indosolo Hey mate. Im looking for ASUS store in my town that can help me with the warranty, If I find not any help from them, I will open the cover and remove and restore the cmos battery and post here what will happen!!! If and that aint help I will bring my eee to any pc chop shops :P and I will tell u the price for fixing it...
Reset your bois. Jump the jumpers or remove Bios battery 10 seconds etc.. Sometimes HOLDing down the power button 10seconds will Reset the bois in some machines too.
yea i see the arrows , but what do i do exactly? touch both arrows together with wire? thanks. i never cleared cmos before so its new to me thanks again.
toutch them both in same time whit a wire or what ever you can find . as long as it is conductive materiel it will do . you probably ave changed the ram memmory to get to this result like i did ?
yea i changed ram as well. do i need the old ram back in there first? so the arrows are gold you just touch tem so they are connected for alike a second etc?
leave the new ram there, you touch them for a few seconds witout battery and power cord and press power for 20 secounds before toutching the arows heads.
y ave repair my eeepc by clearing te cmoss ...remove batt remove powercord push the power button for 20 sec . then remove ram cover look for two arow head then jump them whit a wire et voila !
maybey the display is too dark ? try holding the FN key and F4

Hi I am encountering the same problem with the boot up.
Unfortunately I can not find two arrows.
Can put your solution on video? I assume a lot of people are having this problem.
Thanks!
