No1 - 2: I'm trying to tell you that we should not sin because God commanded us not to sin, but the obvious point is, we have sinned and able to do it again, that's where asking for forgiveness comes in, meditation and prayer most definately. I'm not perfect, no one is but the one man who died on the cross...
No I don't have a favourite scripture, that's just me personally, the last I did that I was quoting scriptures against people and I didn't like the fact that they we're coming on to me.

No2 - 2: Basically Christ's words offends us because we want to do things our own way instead of his way and I didn't like it at first, but you have to hear the bad to move on in life, I wouldn't be preaching if I didn't listen to people correcting me when I was wrong because of my old ways I.e.
