The reason this awesome game will not be on the virtual console is because of the analog stick rotation games. I think nintendo was sued due to children ripping their palm skin off and getting blisters, and so, they don't want to get sued again!
@LuzTeTT I don't know if the lawsuit thing really happened or not, but the rest of what he said is true. My sister are I used to play Mario Party like crazy, and we'd always get blisters from those control stick rotation mini-games. Nintendo intended you to use your thumbs, but using your palm was much more effective, so that's what people did. At one point, Nintendo was giving away these special gloves for free to anyone who owned the game.
A. If you were to extract the data from a game cartridge, you would end up with a ROM. It is technically illegal to download ROMs, but they are available on the internet.
