really sorry but how can any one or thing justify killing 7,000 sheep 3,000 camels 1,000 oxen 500 donkey his servants workers and all his kids who were all innocent we are left to presume if not i don't think that all and bad and deserve it. i don't mean to be rude but i don't see the positive in this can you try to explain?

Life is full of trial and tribulations but My God did not leave me to fend for myself, He left His word , the bible to guide and comfort us. He gave His son so we could be freed from sin. In that I see only love and incredible freedom. Freedom from sin, freedom from evil, freedom from death! Love that is un matched and incomparable is what I desire to share with my children, a true and a loving God.
I surrender every aspect, every breath, every heartbeat to Him. I am not saying that I am perfect for He knows my heart, but I desire to live for Him. That leaves me to His judgment, whatever it may be. Life is not easy and it is not sunshine and rainbows when you choose to follow, but I have a comfort that He is in control of my life. I understand that Job is rather harsh, and it seems that He has done nothing to deserve the punishment. Again none is righteous.
A good person, what does it mean to be a good person? Does it mean you try your best to follow the laws or the ten commandments? I believe none are righteous, not one.(Romans 3:9-20) I am no better than any other. So you are right I am not a good person. I am not religious either, I am a Christian, a Christ follower, I agree there are a lot of Religious people, who choose to follow the ways of the world and seeing that I know that my Christ is in control.
Keep your fairy tales to yourself, let children learn of them when they can think for themselves coherently and reasonably, and for goodness sake keep this literature in the fictional section of your mind and the library.
You are not a good person if you impose this fictional and torturous psychology on your children. I hope your children can oppose your indoctrination, your lies, and free themselves of this religious nonsense.
