I'm also glad to know that you can have long nails to do it! I always had short nails b/c I played oboe for living, and also baked a lot for fun. I realized, you have really long nails (mine aren't that long), Sorry it's a silly comment... but I'm gonna keep my nails long and nice :)

How do you store your flowers while they are drying?

Hang them to dry for up to a week, then store them in a box in a dry place. They will last forever!..well..almost..lol

Yes, I make my own,, The recipe is in my website. I like the Wilton premade one, but sometimes I need to fix the consistency of it by adding some fondant. But the recipe I have in my website is so much nicer.

Yes..you can shape it if you need too with a exacto knife too and help the shape. Is more time consuming but it can be done.

I dont like the water alone as it gets too runny. But I wont say you cant. You can use tylose with water or you can use gumpaste dissolved in water. Some people use eggwhites too..In my Calla lilly video Part I I explain this more..
