This is the Whosoever Gospel Mission at 101 East Chelten Avenue in Germantown. I was in their thirft shop many times and the place, though religious oriented, really did a lot of good for a lot of people. It temporarily relocated to Northeast Philadelphia, but I've heard plans are being put in motion to either reconstruct the burned-out building on Chelten Avenue or relocate somewhere else in Germantown (but the Mission is definitely coming back to Germantown).

Yeah, I actually remember walking past that whole scene that day. I also live right around the corner from Engine-19/Ladder-8 on Utah Street.
