Uh..I don't think so... I've NEVER met one that has boobs, and I've met quite a few. Uhm, some have gotten implants and they're "man" part removed, since they couldn't actually "MAKE" a child. They had a baby holder, not maker. <.< And I know some that are now full men. o-o I meet lots of people. But, I have yet to find a hermaphrodite with breasts that are real.

In my opinion, his female voice isn't all the great unless it's the edited 'Tori' fan-made. I find that his female voice bank's pitches are either, too sharp, or too high.
Indeed it's hard, but I actually always saw Taya and Ruko as females. Taya is just too femininely formed to convince me she's actually male, so I'd call her a very feminine hermaphrodite. (Hence why I refer to her as "she".)
Ruko just has two voicebanks. But she's no hermaphrodite as far as I know. I think it's a little like those genderbending mangas where a girl or guy changes into the opposite gender - maybe Ruko can do so at will... (Ranma 1/2, anyone? xD)

Actually she isn't from Vocaloid, but the freeware program Utau. It's like Vocaloid, but free and less advanced. It allows you to make your own voicebank, which is exactly what Taya is - made by Vocaloid fans rather than a company.
And I have to agree - Taya has a nice sound to her. I also love some of the theme remixes for Final Fantasy, there are some quite awesome remixes for X and X-2. Try finding Morning Glow, there's an awesome instrumental remix of it somewhere.
Acutally,i've heard ruko also is hermaprhodite(but i think in her as a female, unlike Taya, who i thin in hir as both, also ruko just like teto(who is a chimera) started as a joke character, so i cant be sure at all), that's why she has hetherochromatic eyes(bicolor, red-girl, blue boy) and a voice bank for both genders
I think I know how. You open Utau, go to the left P menu and select the bottom option, select the Teto voice and in the text entry field below it you put g-20. Or at least I thought it was g-20...
There are two versions of Ted's voice. There is the G+20 and the G+30.
+20 sounds younger, and +30 sounds older and a little more masculine.
They are both accepted as his official voice.

As for Ruko, she has two separate voice banks, and is not a hermaphrodite, I believe. There is Ruko♀ and Ruko ♂. And the two-colored eyes represent being bilingual, since she was a joke of bilingual Luka. ^_^

This does make me wonder if Yuko is bilingual. I haven't taken that good of a look on her voicebank yet, but I know she has a "k" sound...
