great song mate =) ! keep up good work! btw I watched ur tutorial videos and now i'm trying to make my own stuff =) we'll see=) Trance Music 4-ever from Czech Republic! ♥
I'm in Love with that chord progression. You nailed "Hope" on the head. That feel of "musical resolution" that lends itself so well to the classics like "AHhhh, things are finally starting to make sense" and "back to where we've started, yet still somewhere new" is something I can't get enough of.
this makes me want to don my armour and go into battle for middle earth or something. I like the Clint Mansell-esque cinematic drama you've got going on. Get this professionally mastered and I'd buy it for sure.
love it man but it will be a lot better when threre is a specific tune that you work on,maybe it's your style but i just told you my opinion & it's great ;-)
Hey where did you get the piano? I need a good piano, the basics, even FL keys aren't very realistic. Love the song by the way. It's amazing. It sounds like the music from Halo, then It gets all "techno-ey".
Nice work. That bass needs to bit more rough. I think an electro sound could work in this. And that little vocal chop, should have a trance gate on it. It could make it sound even sick-er, xP. But i love this, especially those marching band drums in the build-up. Such a good and creative addition :)
Btw- sorry i never did that remix, I was busy with other stuff :(
Another great song! Keep it up (and thumbs up for using FL Studio)! If you're interested in collaborating with someone, I have a friend who also uses FL studio and is about this good as well.
I just began using FL studio and I look to your work for inspiration. In a few years I hope to produce high quality songs like this. I've been watching the tutorials and I've actually learned a lot. Working on my second song as I type this.
Fantastic work, and once again thanks for the tips. The best thing is you can only get better =]
@Jfrosth there's a built in overdrive function in sylenth1. I also forgot to mention that for that pad I had the reso turned almost to the max lol. (It made the pad sound more like guitar feedback)
wow... I love this piano, violin...

Why are your tracks short?

I think the build up is a little too long
peefied 1 year ago
@peefied you shouldn't listen to a song like: A buil up, The song, A cooling down. or anything like it...
you should listen to it as just a song out of one part...
everything needs each other in a song, if you would leafe a part the song wouldn't be complete.
the total song should express the feeling of the artist...
that sounds really pro but i'm not XD

absolutely brilliant piano piece at the start.... if I could I'd loop 0:10 - 0:40 forever

WONDERFUL WORK!!!
How'd you make that hard sounding noise right in the beginning?
And what do you use for the piano?
Jfrosth 1 year ago
@Jfrosth
I used Sylenth1 to make a pad, then I sent it through an overdrive, gated it, and added reverb.
for the piano, I use the "Splendid Grand Collection" Soundfont DVD. Very nice samples for a really decent price.
trancecrafter 1 year ago
@trancecrafter What did you use for an over-drive?
(I'm sorry if I ask a lot of questions, I'm just into production and have a lot to learn :/)
