  • you forgot signals....

  • you forgot your blinkers

  • hippie

  • @Kguzman11 he would never make a driving instructor in Ireland or UK. For we use indicators!! Or maybe it's an offence where he's from.

  • then whats a 2 point turn?

  • Comment removed

  • 3 kids were hurt makin this video but its okay. they learned his 3 point turn

  • dude, you did it in the widest street possible, I took my test yesterday thinking it would be like this and it wasn't! I made a 4 point turn instead, lol! I still got my license so im good lol.

  • @sora41333, Same thing happened to me when i first took the test. I tried to do it the way it is shown on these videos on YouTube, but the road for the test is narrow compared to these wide roads. You have to make an extra turn in order to do it properly, otherwise you'll always step over the curb/grass if you try to do it using the same amount of point turns as these videos shows.

  • After I watched this video I thought it was great but then I realised its idiot village!!!

  • @AAsupreme23

    Hell yea lmfao

  • He forgot that you need to use signals.

  • thanks for this!

  • My instructor made me use signals....?

  • This guy drives like such a pussy he wouldn't survive driving in new york

  • @dominicancheif117 yeah man you tell him.

  • @dominicancheif117 I wouldn't exactly call what they do in New York "driving", anyway. Lolololol

  • i thought a 3 point turn was when you enter the drive way not all the way just a little and just back up?

  • I'm assuming that it's also called a k turn?

  • sweet deal, i have a mini cooper to use for the road test. that should make this maneuver a tad easier :)

  • just pull in someones driveway , lmfao, so much easier.

  • you noddy. you would have aminor for dry steering, and that roads big enough to turn a limo in..

  • seriously, isn't doing it this way rather obvious to any non-retarded person?

  • @ConquerorOfMankind not to new drivers who don't understand everything about driving. dont be so quick to assume

  • AAsupreme23 someone did that on my lawn they had there hood smashed in with a baseball bat

  • ORR...Turn the wheel to the left quickly, nip the hand-brake and power out of it

  • Thanks!

  • the sheer bordom of it makes it not worth the hassle

  • YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER! THANK YOU!!!!!!

  • That road isn't narrow enough, so it's very easily to do it. On the actually test, the examiner will make you do it on a very tight narrow road, and it'll be hard to finish the last point turn without your front right wheel to slightly hit/touch the curb or grass. I need to find a small car so that way it can be easier, but not all cars are the same.

  • @turnermic17 You just need to take the road test.

  • Aren't you suppose to signal twice? Signal once to the right when you about to pull off, then signal left to make the first point turn.

  • @MrWade365 Nope.

  • @MrWade365 only signal if necessary

  • If I had already took my DATA and DMV tests for my permit, do I need to retake them to obtain my lisence? Live in Florida got my permit when I was 17, now I'm 18. Just want to be prepared.

  • @majorwadek they failed me too because my truck tires went on the grass for the same exact reasons

i was so pissed i just burned out of the dmv parking lot

  • they made me take the test on a street half that size, and it was literally impossible to make it without being in the grass, so i failed

  • @AAsupreme23 LOL. DATS NOT COOL

  • I wish these videos didn't have ads...

  • @JPN777 Get Firefox, and install the ad block plus. You won't ever see advertisements again.

  • 0:29 Spongebob's pineapple house

  • now do that with manual transmission. i bet its harder for you

  • @kristenjoncoleman it is only if you are a little on the slow side, and 1 thing this video doesn't tell you is to use a blinker... Although emergency lights seem more appropriate to me. ( I coulda sworn I heard your blinker kick back after the first turn but you didn't discuss it. )

  • this car sounds awesome

  • yeah just rip the lawn up. screw the neighbors

  • im great at driving , last year i got 12 points

  • @iainendo hahaha, the more the better.

  • Thanks for this. I botched this when I went to take my test, freaked out. The first time I took it, the man didn't make me do this but when I took it the second time the lady made me. FML.

  • @AAsupreme23

    LMAO

  • this is so obvious... you gotta be a retard not to know this...

  • @xaaa19x

Uh, it's not that I don't know this, it's just that I havent been doing it right.

  • @xaaa19x there are some people out there that actually get nervous before their driving test that forget this kinda stuff... just so ya know.

  • as a professional transporter logging 7,000 miles a month in my car, hmmm I keep going until the nearest intersection where there is not a u-turn prohibited sign, then safely make a u-turn, because a 3 point turn in a residential neighborhood is a hazard to residents, children, other drivers, etc....

  • what? na.. pull ya e-brake... turn the wheel in the opposite direction... stick 1st.. accelerate ... and u're done ahahahahahahaha. at least is more explainable than this crap

  • 1. You should've signal right when you were pulling over, then stop and signal left for the first point-turn.

2.) You have to look ahead and check over your shoulder when you're turning left.

On the road, you have time to do all that, but it's very important to show the basic step by step.

  • U have to turn the wheel quick and foot off the gas

  • you didnt teach any of these using signals, and they are jerks when it comes to those badboys!

  • Thanks for The Advice ! I can't for my Permit. Jus A Few More Months !

  • its always good to turn the wheel with the car moving.... and not like that.

  • if this guy was going for his test he would have failed it didn't head check or indicate still nice video

  • @R7Chava how did you do?

  • gaw i have my driving test tomarrow! 8S

  • Are those bugs in that beard?

  • @flattsrocker15

    HAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHAH!

    Faggot.

  • @shadoweater123456789 hahahahhahahahahhahahaha call me what you want you pointless cunt!!!!! calling me a fag?? on the internet?? wow lame&sad hopefully you"ll learn manners in your future!!!!!

  • @flattsrocker15

    Love you too.

  • 3 point turns are so easy! i did it in my first try

  • 0:44 nice house

  • isn't that a Y turn?

  • @kejikujjo No Wise Guy, It's A Broken U-Turn.

  • ø„¸¸„ø¤º°¨¸„ø¤º°¨

  • @512460 Dont make it out like manual is a superhero skill

it takes about 45 minutes in a parking lot to master

    he is probably lazy though

  • @AAsupreme23 i wish we could just do that ! to bad they test that 3 pointer on the driving test

  • its not called a three point turn anymore it is now known as a turn in the road because some people cant do the turn in 3 stages

  • i just failed my test cause the guy called it a turnaround instead of a 3 point turn, god i hate moving and learning the new lingo. now i have to wait til next week.................................

  • hi. I love the vids that you're making, they are educational indeed. i hope you can come up with a video, like splitting the screen showing the steering wheel manipulations and the other half is the actual movement of the entire vehicle. this would be awesome and helpful. thanks.

  • damn... just go a little bit on the right, push the gaspedal down, turn left and pull the handbrake so u don't need a 3 point senseless turn. and i can tell u, ur streets in the usa are ways larger than those here in switzerland :P

  • Apologies for this question but I'm a Brit.

Over here we teach not to dry-steer (steering while not moving) as it scrubs the tyres. Are you taught to steer while stationary?

  • @Toadonatwig during my drivers education class we were not supposed to dry turn either (live in USA)

  • why not just do a U turn...saves time and it makes more sense

  • K mart ad in the beginning?

  • you shouldnt be giving adivce like this out.

  • failed at signals

  • Thanks for taking time to do this bro. I appreciate it :)

  • u used no signals

  • lol thats side a wide road, you could prolly u turn on that, in the uk you have to do narrow roads and do it in three points

  • 0:47 "churn your willie other way" (or overweight)

  • your a fag, you also did the last one in 4 turns you dick!

  • Poor tutorial. Missed many steps for people who come to this video and have a test to take. What about the turn signals?

  • You forgot to mention the turn signaling

to pull of to the side of the road signal right

then to turn left signal left

then when your backing up turn your turn signal right

  • i cant c shit

  • My test is also tommarow :D Is turn signaling necessary? I'd assume it wouldn't hurt if I did anyways...

  • @maggot72494 You have to, cant get around it

  • my test is tomorrow just makin sure i was right, thanks man!

  • turn the steering wheel all the way to the left, redline and drop the clutch and its quicker. only rwd guys

  • Haha we have the same car ;)

  • @CheapSteaks wat car is it?

  • @LK9Icepick It's a rabbit Volkswagon from last year.

  • that was very useful. i go for driving lessons tomorrow , thanks . great vid

  • xD so tru...if the dmv cars ARE that small...then i wouldnt worry about the 3 point turn

  • if my car was dat small i wouldnt hav to worry about a 3 point turn

  • lol he is in a police chase while doing this.

  • thanks sooo much i have my driving test today and that was the only thing i was worried about but now im not thanks for the HELP

  • this is dumb dont listen to this at alll cause he didnt even signal or look side to side

  • u forgot to signal, you woulda failed

  • dude what about signals and checking traffic

  • ITS FAKE. if your from england its called ( Turn in the road ) because sometimes you cant turn it in 3. MAX IS 5. ( i failed my test because i thought it was 3 point turn and the road was to narrow ) if your from england take this in mind.

  • WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU DUDE ...WHO AND WHERE DO YOU TEACH DRIVER ED????

  • DUDE??????? you are an IDIOT!!!!! go past the driveway and ...clear the driveway and turn all the way to the right... DONT BLOCK THE ROAD YOU IDIOT!!!!!

  • If only roads were that wide.

  • a bad 3 point turn... but a really nice car :L

  • thanks i will watch this vid 100 time before i take my test this weekend.

  • well.. that doesn't seem too difficult. i could do that in my sleep...

  • so much good advice

  • aren't you suppose to use signals???? I'm most confused about the signals.... is it left signal (go to the left/left curb) the right signal as you back up??

  • @MyNameIsNachos yea bro i heard that after watching this video i just became confused. my friend just took his road test last week and he had to do the k turn he did it with signals, he passed so iam guessing thats the right way. thats the way iam going to do it. i take my road test july 31 : )

  • @MyNameIsNachos i think its left signal as u back up because ur turning left when u go straight.

  • @MyNameIsNachos When you pull off to the right, it's a right signal. When you turn to the left, it's a left signal. And when you back up, it's a right signal. Then when you go to drive straight, it's a left signal.

  • what kind of car is that and how much was it because im 16 and looking for my first car

  • Is that a GTI or a Rabbit or an R32? Or possibly just a Golf with some body work?

  • forgot to signal bic boi!!

  • wtf?

  • he is driving a VW

  • How is it that that guy needed to do a 3 point turn in a car the size of a Mini? That car could have made it all the way around. He should have used a bigger car.

  • i made 8 point turn :D EXTREMELY NARROW

  • hah omg this guy wouldve failed his driving test for driving onto the other side of the road

  • Easy in a little Golf. Not so much in a long bed steel Goliath of a truck. XD

  • ya but what head movements do u make?

  • Theres about 3 videos now with no indication of when doing a 3 Point turn my ; im in nz so we dont have to indicate maybe so meh..

  • nice choice of car!!! VW MKV GTI all the way!!!

  • hell yeh..

  • My brother said he didn't have to do a three point turn in the driving test. Maybe they forgot. Seems pretty easy though.

  • @DaBEARS4real 2 manouvers on the test so maybe not

  • Try using the handbrake. You ll find out that you can U turn wherever you want

  • your beard probably smells like cornchips

  • haha wtf? lol

  • sadly some people can not do a 3 point turn...

  • I got marked down for not signaling on my three point.

  • Is this guy stupid.... To pass a road test, when doing a three point turn you need to SIGNAL TO THE CURN AND STOP AND CHECK YOUR BLIND SPOTS BEFORE ANYTHING. Then signal left when traffic is clear, physically look behind you when backing up, the continue. all before 15 seconds, and yes if you take too long they can and will mark you off. I hate how some poeople put vids lke this up and make people think that theyre doing it the right way for a road test

  • ^^ haha dude totally true. my road test is tomorrow, so thanks for the RIGHT advice lol

  • haha, anytime. there are too many video's online that show you the wrong thing.

  • @anthleal24

why would that break the transmission?

  • @anthleal24 did u pass ur test

  • Yeah...i got ripped off...i had to pay 50 to use the instructor's car on the day of the actual exam.

  • me*

  • Um, it costed my 350 for private lessons...and that's only for 2 lessons.

  • @melanytommy Damn. Cost me 140 for four hours, that sucks. Might want to ask someone you know to drive you around, rather than paying that much money. I know it's ridiculous.

  • wow thats a rip i paid 400 for 10 lessons and inclass as well. also the instructor will book my exam or me

  • Guy is wrong. Signal before doing a three point turn. That's an auto-fail.

  • exactly!!! SO INDICATES NO PASS !!! SO YOU FAIL HAIRY DUDE

  • Thanks for this info! I'm going for my road test next month.

  • Needed to signal haha

  • This is just an example of how bad american drivers are, he didnt even stop, check his blind spot and he dry steered which are all fails in the uk. we have much higher standards.

  • well this isnt the UK

  • those are called faggot standards

  • this is pointless because like most americans you can't drive a manual car.

  • Lemme guess bexcpfc your one of those stupid ass ignorant Brits who thinks they know everything about Americans without even having lived there, go live in America for a few years then come back..

  • Hold on, I have lived in America. I live in MS in the summer, and all I'm saying is the driving system there is very more so priveledged than Britain, the test and cost of everything is a fraction of what it is here. People can drive from 15. People can get state assistance on their driving, if they need to get somewhere. It's all very convienient. A DMV test in Mississippi was <$10 in the UK it's equiv to $120 not including £100's in private tution or loaning a car.

  • Your comment doesn't relate to why you say we can't drive a manual car, i can drive one just fine, its actually faster manually than automatic if you do it right, calling our driving system privileged hardly relates to you saying we cant drive stick shifts.

  • do you have statistics on this?

  • what do you mean statistics, i have lived in both countries... thats first hand experience. Driving tutoring is strictly private in the UK, its extremely expensive in comparison to other country's methods.

  • you failed the test because YOU DIDNT SIGNAL!

  • Make sure that you do your blinkers when pulling off to the side of the road and reentering for the turn. DO NOT hit the curb.

  • None of this guys advice would help you pass a British driving test.

  • if you knew how to drive.. you wouldn't turn the wheel while the car was standing still.... stop giving people advice fag

  • Omg this video is for mental reterded people...

  • REMEMBER BLINKERS! :)))

  • fuck the ad. im not watching it.

  • This will probably be the only expert village video i will everrr find helpful.

  • only in America

  • i agree handbrake lol drift that bitch

  • this is bullshit. just use the handbrake

  • LMAO

  • @TassosK LMFAO

  • @TassosK dude!! thats not what the handbreaks for..unless u plan on making quik turns, EMERGENCY HANDBREAK thats what it is, u gotta b a lazy ass if u cant take 3seconds to switch from reverse to drive..... -_-

  • manual drive makes driving look more manly , this is my opinoin
