not one of RFs best matches but still kudos to simon for sticking in there..he made federer have to produce quality shots by returning everything that was thrown at him, and federer was having an off day. both are great players!

he basically won because of federer's unforced errors...

but it was certainly a good performance by the french-man...he has very good defensive skills and rally's well from the baseline

i think he can be in the top 5 by next year if he really starts to perform at the slams

I'm a big Federer fan, but I'm just seeing here that everybody thinks that Roger has to win everytme he plays. But when you're watching back to Pete Sampras then either he had some bad years. Like 1996, when he won only U.S Open, but didn't won an wimbledon. He only reached to the Quarters then. Then 1998, when he only won Wimbledon. I'll Just wanna say that Roger is either human.
