I sometimes find Misa annoying, but she's not really a whore and I feel sorry about the way Light uses her. I also think that she knows she's being used, but she just hopes that someday he will really love her (like when she says "Oh, Light, I've helped you again isn't it?" and stuff...). She's not very smart, she's naive and she grew up with no parents, so he's everything to her... she kinda reminds me of Esmeralda and Phoebus in Notre Dame, somehow...

i feel bad for misa. it is not really her fault she acts like a child she grew much without parent to teach her. growing up alone turns you into the weirdest thing look at sasuke same thing sort of. and a slut is a girl who has sex with every guy misa not like that seeing that she is only devoted to light. plus it is all ryuk fault in my opinion he dropped the notebook on purpose if anyone had that notebook they do the same thing as light unless it was a criminal

I don't see why people hate Misa. sure she's peppy and stuff, but she seemed to delusion herself to Light just like many others. People say she's stupid for believing it all but what about the million other people who followed kira? Or Mikami? I hear many love that guy and he was more obsessed than Misa I tell you! In fact, I'm pretty sure Misa was aware Light didn't actually love her, it was more hope that one day he would that kept her going. I mean that's all you can do right? Hope.

Really, Misa was clinging onto someone who she believed gave justice to her deceased parents. Light manipulated her throughout the entire thing and it's worse because Misa ISN'T some genius girl, she's normal. and in this case, easily tricked. It's like fooling someone who is weak willed, or a child. It was wrong of Light but he did it because it fit his own advantage. Misa probably is a much better person without light i could see it myself. I like Misa, i do.

When I think of Misa, I automatically think "Wow, I don't like her." And when I ask myself "Why?" I honestly can't think of a good answer. I'm starting to like her, but I think it was because she annoyed me. Probably because her and I were more alike then I would hope, and how her personality and false hope go her wound up in those situations made me get mad at myself. But I don't understand why she is called a whore. Her skirts may be short, but she only flirted with Light. So... Yeah... ._.

Yeah she really isn't a whore at all. She is completely devoted to Light. People tend to use these words wrong. If i remember correctly, a whore is someone who sleeps around and flirts with many people. Misa does nothing of the sort. So she wears clothing that is sometimes a bit revealing, but so what, she's comfortable with what she wears, she doesn't try to pick up dudes while doing it though so theres not an issue. people are just looking for someone to hate and chose her.

i agree that misa isn't stupid, i think people think she is because she just isn't as smart as light and L but she isn't stupid she's just as smart as all the rest of us. and i like her ...... apparentally because i cosplay as her^^...... anyway she's cool.
