Now people, after watching David's performance or his videos of his performance @ Myrtle Beach, do some of you still think that Jive is the one who dropped David or the other way around ???? Anyway, too bad!!! it's Jive's lost....Our gain. Bravo David!!!!

I know why you asked the question, but let bygones be bygones. In his blog, he said he wanted to change his musical direction, so didn't sign with Jive although they offered to continue working. It's nobody's gain or loss. So, just let Jive go from your mind and move on just like David is moving forward.

@abeleejames, it's true, thanks!! That's just my expression because some articles still mentioned that. Anyway you are right 200% in this. I'll keep Jive out of my mind. We know how good David now. The direction that he is taking now is showing his strength, his maturity as a musician. It is so enjoyable to see the journey of his life. I need to watch the video of his performance @ the Myrtle Beach again. I keep come back to it.

Apart from David 's soul wrenching delivery, the background vocals near the end are so hauntingly beautiful. This is definitely my fav from the concert. He should include more PMcCartney/Beatles compositions in the future. They suit his tone and range well.
