Also, Tips are earned not expected and the amount is due to the quality of service not a set rule.

15-25%, actually, for waitstaff. 20% is standard. 13% is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

great tips on tipping! Why can't they just include the tips in the price so we don't have to figure that out? Then they can also pay their employees a more appropriate wage....
