  • Lovely voices! :)

  • the boars head as i understand is the greatest song in all the land.

  • wow....i we dont do the whole thing, and our head is like paper or something

  • the boar's head, as i understand, is the fairest dish of all the land

  • an actual boar's head! wish my madrigals group could have something like that for our dinner performance.

    i like Mr. jester's costume. =D

and the set decorations are very nice.

wonderful singing as well of course ^^

  • Aww fuck, that's Jeff in the green! He was good, but annoying. Didn't he graduate last year?

  • and I also feel that you should know that I wish I could do more to contribute to the choir's funds, but I myself have little to no money. If I could, I would hire profesional designers to custom fit and create authentically styled gowns and costumes.

  • But I can't do that, and too few people care about the choir. The school feels that sports are more important, so please- instead of insulting the students who work their hardest in an indifferent society, talk with the systems that put them in the situation.

  • most madrigal productions (including the one im in) do it because it sounds better.

    Instead of Rosemary, Rosemareye

    and instead of Merry, Merreye.

  • Mr. Nitpick? It was pronounced differently in the midevil era, they dressed vastly different than we do now, and you should really brush up on your history, literature and music studies before you open your mouth again.

And also consider: IT'S A FREAKING HIGH SCHOOL PRODUCTION! It's not going to be fantastic, or perhaps even up to your (low) standards, but it doesn't give you the right to be so immature and petty.

  • I'm not dumbing them down- I was a part of that production as well, and I know the costumes are far from accurate, but it's all our school can afford. And my evidence is the fact that words were spelled as they sounded. Thus, it is the spelling of the words on the madrigal sheet music that dictates annunciation.

  • And I do not have low standards, I have this quality that allows me to accept that which is beyond my power. My point is, you should be adult enough to just let something like this, which so obviously displeases you, not bother you at all. You weren't forced to watch this, or take part in the production, so why be bothered? It's a small thing, and you should be able to let it go.

  • I'm not going to waste any more time on this, though, since it is obvious you're too thick-headed to listen to perfectly sound reasoning.

  • If you truly cared, you would have offered constructive critisism, not insults
