-Decoration sponge no.6 (plain type) *** 1plate
-Strawberry *** 20pieces

Making Syrup:
-Put sugar into boiled water, mix till dissolve
-Cool the mixture till body temp. mix in the brandy, stir well.

Preparation for the Decoration Sponge cake:
-flip the top side of the DecoSponge, and cut the very top of browned part.(*tip by me, eat it if u dunn want to throw it away)

making the cake:(from here, you can pretty much tell what is going on by watching the clip, so ill juss jot through what u might miss)
-put syrup on top of the bottom layer, and both side of the top layer.
-put 90% whipped cream on middle layer (leave 1/3 for after puttin on the strawberries)
-try not to put air in when spreading whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
