Este juego si dicen que las Ovas fueron hechas de los creadores de Ghoys In The Shell la neta me latio mucho viajar en el spacio y ciberspacio se lucieron mucho con estos juegos por eso son los mejores

I'm not sure what you mean by mission simulator. Do you mean re-play missions you already beat? If yes, I'm not sure whether you could do this in the jap version.
Yes there is a mission simulator in the jap version, but the thing is, the missions are separated into 2 discs, and you have to switch between the discs if the mission you want to play is on the other disc. (For example, in the JP version simulator, if you want to play the first mission Awakening then play mission A Canopy of Stars, you have to switch because they're on different discs)

U.S. version don't have detail storyline and only a few video. The japanese version seems better but I cant read japanese.

The mission sim is in all versions of AC3 after you beat the game. It allows you to replay any mission you have already completed.
