All of the sources I got were scholarly and tested by scientists. The alleviation/prevention of it is speculated and they even stated that it may not work all of the time. I have two sisters and family members that are both carriers and have the disease and I know that it does not help but it does make the person a little healthier by eating right.
Interesting, I know it's not your fault, but your sources are highly innacurate. I wish alleviation/prevention was as simple as eating well and getting out in the sun.
