Hi, I'm from mexico. I want to know what equipment is needed for Internet radio home. I hope to answer. Thanks for the post, helped me a lot. Good vibes!
Why can I hear background noise and the whole room? This is supposed to be a dynamic mic which means it only picks up from the top and you have to be really close to it and loud like any other dynamic mic. I ordered this just now, I hope I don't have this issue :(
It's used for the voice so if you want to use it for recording an instrument, too, you shouldn't buy it. But if you want to do only voiceovers it's perfect. I bought it a few days ago and I use it for dubbing. If you want you can visit my channel and watch the videos "Grand Theft Awesome (German Fandub)" and the video "Left 4 Speed (German Fandub)" there to hear the difference of the sound. I used a headset for Gta and RØDE for Left 4 Speed.
No you didn't buy the Podcaster. You bought something different and you regret that so you are jealous of this one. Finally trying to stop other people buying it. It's a great Mic. Sorry dude, but it doesn't mean your voice sucks that the Tode Podcaster needs to suck.

@HakerzTM do you have background noise issues?????
thereape420 9 months ago
@thereape420 well by the mic itself with no VST's or noise reduction it's a little noisy, but with a noise reduction VST applied it all goes away

@HakerzTM I don't think he used it to record

Is the rode podcaster a good option for interviews, 2 people in a podcast?

Your explanation is excellent. Forget the mess, I love this video. Perhaps I will buy one of this.

Hi 52dracula!
The RØDE Podcaster is a Condenser Mic.

Sound very clear, 0% noise and very natural, Is it possible to use it to record musical instruments as well??
michaeltue 4 years ago 2
I wouldn't say it has 0% noise, but yes its natural. It's probably about 20%.
