@maryo94 this was filmed in Italy and there is about a ten hour time difference between there and NY. Likely the attacks happened just a couple of hours before this concert took place. and and. ah crap its just a concert. they probably wanted it to loook festive in light of that day's events.

I feel that this is an awesome song.. and the message is GIANT! but I really have to be in that mood, slow and relaxed to understand it.. if my mind is rushing.. then I can't see it. Sounding like 4 piece band (which is exaggeration though) with a big group like this means a couple of things.

Musicians are playing very exact time feel and phrasing. And everybodys playing just what the song needs in perfect balance.

It sounds like a recorded song where you might find 100 tracks of instruments/vocals, but you don't notice them because of the latter reasons. VERY professional.

It was put out by A&M Records in 2001. Titled:Sting ...all this time. As stated in the info above this concert was on 9/11. They almost didn't do this show... but decided they would go on! It does have a different vibe, a lot because of what happened that day at the WTC. Great DVD!
