uhhh, you dont let off when you chine walk, you speed up, and steer into the high-side. chine walk starts when your at the magic speed when your pad is trying to come up onto the surface and ride, but you arnt going fast enough, so it falls under again. your lucky to be here, posting it on youtube im in school for marine mechanics, and have a few world-champ (back to back to back) offshore powerpoat mechanics teaching us, and they all seem to agree that pulling back on the throttle is no bueno
NO PAD here just a straight 24° bottom and plenty of power.... I DID learn how to drive it before I parted it out... Could hold it steady at 86 mph... these videos are with my old engine at 79 mph when I first built it.... I'm moving up to a 24' Excalibur hull but haven't gotten it done yet.... 100 mph or it's not going in the water!!!!!
