Is it true that soy milk has more estrogen than regular milk? You obviously have fewer choices being that JL is allergic, but too much estrogen for the boys = no bueno. i dont think he's allergic to milk (he could be tho), but most babies can't digest cow milk so they break out with red marks on them, my son did that twice when he was about 8months, once with ice cream n again with 2% milk, he's 2yrs old now n drinks whole milk fine.

I've also heard these claims that soy products can increase estrogen. i'm too manly to eat soy in the first place, so i have no firsthand knowledge, but you should look into it.

@amaduli This is actually true. Soy is higher in estrogen and it also prohibits the production of thyroid hormone (what controls the metabolism). I don't think it would be all that healthy for a baby to be honest.
