The a350 has more features but isnt better in any other way. I'd say get the a200 as the extras you get with the a350 are way overpriced and not actually that useful.
I gotten my A200 about two weeks ago and in a quirky way yes it is a very nice camera offering you all the basics you desire to ease you into DSLR photography.
Not to mention in body image stabilisation really makes a delightfull feature
I bought the a200 a couple of weeks ago. And I am just now realizing what a great camera this is. I just started shooting my pics in raw form, and man what a difference from the "fine" option. Still learning but getting better. As soon as I have a portfolio of pics I will upload them to Youtube. Thanks for sharing your pics!
You dont get the quality from the fine mode like you will from the raw format. In raw you can edit and enhance your photos with the software that comes with the camera. The down side to shooting in raw form is you cant fit as many pics on your compact flash card. When shooting in fine the pic info is compressed. Give it a try and mess with the software you'll see what I mean.
I would recomend one from the sony range, you get alot more for your money. I would say the a200 is the best choice but if you want live view go for a higher model :)
fuck sony go with canon rebel xsi :D

really nice images, espacially the colours
seems to be a very good camera, the sony a200
which objective have you used to take this great nature-photos?
the standard-one (18 to 70mm) or a speacial macro?

Thanks :)
I used the standard lense (18-70mm) for these photos, but i'm hoping to get a macro and 70-300mm soon :)
One of the reasons that I chose this camera was for the brilliant colours, however all these photos have been edited :)
I would really really reccomend this camera, it's awsome!
