This video is so full of fail i dunno where to begin. Well, let's at least address "loyalty" - it's a load of crap - be loyal to an extent, but never think that by handing your life over to an employer that s/he will be there to help you out when the circumstances change. It's stupid and irresponsible, and that woman is an example of irresponsible behaviour. Grow up, you don't need a union - use your loaf.

don't need a union eh? penalty rates,overtime,minimum pay and holidays exist because of unions. been to the UK? go there and see what Australia would be like without unions.

@heathirving Generally speaking, 9 years is far too long to be working at the same place. Becoming dependent on the same employer is setting yourself up for dissapointment and failure.

All those wonderful things the unions claim to have achieved for us mere mortals are wonderful, for sure, but who's been forced to pay for it? You? I doubt it. Business owners are forced to pay for it (no choice), as are the unemployed. This woman doesn't need a union to do the thinking for her.

@zo1dberg maybe u should try working under work choce laws with out penalty rates and hoildays and shit wages with out a union and see how u feel unless ur a greedy company owner that only cares about ur self which in that case the union laws are there to protect people from bullys like u that just wanna treat there workers like mutts

@Ihatedawannabes I did work under work choices and it didn't affect me with or without it. I never liked shitty wages, so whenever i felt like my wages weren't adequate, i got myself a better job. Never been a member of a union and i don't need to be and i've never worked for a company that treated me like a mutt - i have far too much self respect.
