  • Apong Lucing, the sisig queen did not have a standard recipe and had to many trials till she got the recipe that is known for today. the basics is for sisig to have minced grilled pork/ pig's ears, flavored with salt and/or soysauce or seasoning, lemon or calamansi, minced onions and chili. the rest of what others put is up to your choice and of course up to your taste, like for us we put boiled cow's brain, and when its on the sizzling plate we put extras like egg and mayo..more power!

  • Guys we should be thankful that he is giving an idea about SISIG. Its up to us whether we want it as dry or li bit wet. If we want spicy or not. If we want to use mayo or not. If we want liver spread or chicken liver. I mean its up to your taste. Its his version guys..Give him some respect!

  • some of your menu l usually alter it but this one l follow it step by step l did not add or delete any of the recipe. I like this one.

    again try putting your camera at an angle baka kasi yung moist pumupunta directly sa camera mo madaling masira yan.

  • Yummy! I like your style of cooking its so simple. I already did the Food for the Gods and it was delicious, even my hubby's co-workers loved it.   • orig na sisig yung inihaw o piniritong tenga ng baboy with liver then chop lang pti onion then calamansi tapos salt and pepper to taste lang yun n. It's up to you if you want to put soy sauce. try nyo masarap..wag na kayong magdagdag pa nang kung ano kasi naman sisig means to cook something sour.

Wala naman sigurong masama doon. Mayrong nagluluto ng Adobo na maraming Soy sauce, meron din namang nagluluto ng Adobo nas walang Soy sauce pero wala namang problema dun. Huwag na kayo magtalo, salamat na lang at may gumawa ng video para mapanood ng mga dayuhan na na in love na sa lutuing ito. Easy lang tayo sa mga comments.
