I'm not a Christian or a Catholic, though I was raised as one, and to me being a good person and being good to other people is much more important than attending church or telling other people to repent their sins. I'm gay myself, and i know hand-on-heart that i DID NOT choose to be gay. i don't think anyone would choose to be gay because of the difficulties that come with it, and when i first knew i was attracted to boys I hated it.
