dont even bother with trying to repair winterized. winterized is indestructible. a least it is on mine. iwould just sell it. or do what i do. i have EVERY power armour in the game....just a little collection i have goin on lol. i keep it all in house in megaton :D

there is other t-lb at the aiding the out cast quest and go in the simulation and when ur done they will have u open it and there is the armor right in front of u

he uses the tesla armor. Its like a badass version of the enclavea armor. Ull come across it later in the game or if u e4xplore alot ull find outposts of guys with that armor. Unfortunaly u can only repair it with other tesla armor and not regular enclave armor

there is a glitch in that quest for the PC

i shot tenpenny in the head but i got only 25 caps (the amount crowley gives you if you shoot them elsewhere)

there is a quest in underworld (museum of history) that u have to kill him and three others for money.

save him, and when you get the quest you get 100 caps for the head shot

No, in order to wear power armor you have to have "Power Armor Training". You have to complete alot of the game to even be eligible to get the training. You have to complete "Trainquility Lane" go back to Rivit City with your dad and then you will head to the "Citadel"...they will let you in, then you have to go see someone and ask them to train you.

no sorry for spoiler but when you get back to project purity you have to escort the Dr li or whatever to the citadel (Brotherhood of steel headquarters) and you'll have to find someone named Sargent gunny and he will give you power armor training but you have to talk to the grand master first and you have to get your own power armor which is not to hard.

even if u complete the quest u can kill him to get the power armour of him because he goes and gets it XD saves loads of time thats what i found out anyway he has the helmet avalible for pickpocket but he is wearing the the armour XD so just go and kill him

Actually it was the tire that hit me, due to the physics in fallout 3 the tire fell and hit me and I took damage. There were no robots near me to give me damage at the time so I guessed tire and looking back I was right.
