The money for the health care bill is collected from the people whether they wish to give it or not. If I wanted to donate money to a charity, it's all well and good but if I decide to use my neighbors money against his consent for this charity it becomes a crime which is a violation of the rights stated in the constitution. Even If I get somebody to collect this money for me such as the Federal Government for example it's still a crime and a violation of that individuals rights.
Of course that is my opinion from a perspective relying on a Literal translation of the Constitution.

well I agree his lawyer cant play witness and they should pull in others but what im saying is that if the beating never took place then why did the one guy accused run off when police showed up and why did the one guy defend his actions by saying "he attact america". And as for his injuries none of us here can honestly say they didnt excist. I faught tough man, and been a bouncer, and I have seen where the injuries dont show full effect for hours afterwords.

we actually watched the fight, all that happened is he fell. no kicking, no punching. then right after he got right up and didn't even seem out of breath, he was perfectly fine. Then all of the sudden the next day he was supposedly beaten so badly that he had to be in a wheelchair and on some hardcore pain meds.
