I think it was just the equalizing or maybe the microphone on the camcorder, because I could still hear her vocal inflections but they were way harder to hear.

I was at this show with my daughters.  Amazing evening of music. I found it completely annoying when some guy thought the artist should alter the volume. Like watching a painter and saying "hey you really ought to use yellow instead of amber there". Like they didn't do a sound check for two hours prior. Other than that is was a brilliant evening of artistry.
