  • Brilliant; it's neat and tidy, got the job done. Bravo! Okay, it's really funny too!

  • Sweet, if he is a terrorist he got jut what he deserves :D

  • I love this!!! well done!!!

  • It is a very smart tactic. Use an unmarked police car to clean him off the bike so the police can deny all knowledge of knocking him off and therefore avoid the criminal sueing them. Thumbs up to the police

  • When you think about it it was a smart tactic but not a brutal one. They could have simply shot him or hit him at high speed, but it was done fairly carefully.

  • Gracias policía de la España.

  • WOW, over 21000 views and only 40 ratings.

  • what if he woulda died lol

  • And i guess you're all in favor of giving the police the power of being judge, jury, and executioner...........right?

  • Yeah for the Spanish police....Can we borrow them a while...our police are getting way too PC....

  • @jrmbr The moment he threatens to use a grenade. There is a multitude of definitions for the word "Terrorism" - he fit one of the definitions.

  • That was great!! that should be taught to all police as the most humane way to stop a terrorist or just a criminal. it would sure as hell make a person think twice about doing something stupid.

  • An excellent example of smart cops + a dumb crook. I like it.

This tactic seemed a bit harsh, bit I think that this level of force is justified when you consider that he had taken hostages and declared that he had a weapon.

  • f**king awesome! like my g ma said, this is the correct way to arrest a terrorist!

  • LMAO...thaqt was awesome.

  • karma atleast the police gave a helmet

  • he deserved it how can someone say police brutality. what about those hostages and what they had to go through?

  • Lol he thought they were just going to let him ride off.

  • right. "man, those stupid cops just gave me a bike"

cops: "man, that stupid guy's getting schooled in a minute"

  • I don't understand the connection between this police-criminal interaction and the title of the video. Where's the terrorist in here? Or is that how we refer to everyone who breaks the law these days? Could just as well call it a hate crime. After all, I'm sure the guy hated people who had money.

  • Excellent. he won't do that again and it might put off some other low-life from trying it too.

  • mother fucker got owned!

  • I have NO problem with this..

  • You know, I love it when people say it's not justified or wrong and police brutality because it's usually pussy ass criminals who make excuses. If you don't want to get fucked up by the cops, don't break the law. Common sense.

  • We should do it always like this!

  • This is how the police in America should do things...dont fuck around.

  • It is only excessive if he is stealing from someone else. LOL In Texas, we would do the same thing and everyone would applaud. What? Were not the French, okay?

  • well he did have a helmet on, so i guess its justified?

  • Excessive my ass. A criminal is a criminal. He was making terrorist threats and had two hostages. They did the right thing. Here's another instance of excellent hostage "negotiations:"

    dalesdesigns(.)net/kidnap(.)htm

  • He is a BANK ROBBER not a terrorist. This was way to excessive

  • Oh did you happen to read that this happened after terror attacks in Spain, probably the Madrid bombings? I wouldn't be taking any chances either.

  • great video

  • Way to go, Spanish police.

  • The only problem is that the terrorist is still alive.

  • It was pretty extreme but I applaude it. That fucker got what was coming to him when he decided to break into a building with a godamn hand grenade right after the attacks.

  • Seeing this video has just made my day. Thank You numpty77.

  • oh shit! lol omg the Spanish are awsome

  • thats brilliant 0 tolerance is whats neede stupid twat he got what he deserved

  • Good, anyone who thretens someone elses life should be taken this seriously, if not more, especially after the Madrid bombings.

  • Waste of a bike.

  • So what, I prefer a dangerous criminal being detained and a bike being wasted, than letting him get away just to avoid damaging a motor bike...

  • he could of easily have broken his back!! that how i was done!!

  • pwnt

  • WTF IS THAT SHIT

  • pwnt

  • I can't help thinking that a stinger would have been a better way to have stopped the bike. Does anyone know how badly the guy was injured?

  • i know we are all humans but i dont feel bad for a guy that holds up a bank a threatens to kill people. they acted accordingly to show people that terrorism isnt going to be tolerated. atleast he lived, i would imagine that he is lucky that they didnt shoot him in the exchange process.

  • oooooooo

    thats gotta hurt

  • should of just snipered the drug taking prick, better to watch too

  • He'll be able to sue the Spanish police for unlawful arrest method and injury. I expect he'll get a million dollars or so.

Should keep him in drugs for a few years or so!

  • doubt it, if he was deemed a terrorist its not going to do him a bit of good, he will most likely go to jail for a long time.

  • Yes but he's not a terrorist - he's a bank robber. They've got rights don't you know.

  • as soon as someone threatens my or anyone elses life, and is serious about it. in his case he had a hand grenade, they void all rights in my oppinon. you have to preserve your own life, and if that means you have to take another one for a good reason then so be it. im not saying go out and kill someone because you got in a fender bender but if someone holds a gun to your head, by all means retaliate to any extent.

  • Well I agree with that.

But I think we should try to differentiate between a terrorist whose sole purpose is to kill people, and a bank robber who only occasionally kills people. This guy didn't kill anyone, and probably never intended to (despite his grenade "prop").

  • "Human rights" are used too often to defend the things that criminals do. He has scared the crap out of the people in the bank, many of whom would have thought they were about to die. In acting like that he has given up his rights to the protection of the law, apart from the prevention of police brutality and the right to a fair trial. The Police CAN NOT assume that the threat is false. If the police say 'Drop the gun' and you don't, then whatever happens next is your fault, and yours only.

  • The people in the bank all knew he was a bank robber, and knew that if they kept their heads down and did what he said, they would probably live. So I don't buy that they thought they were about to die.

They were bank robbers who are a dime a dozen, and should not be treated in a lawless way as you might a terrorist.

  • Let's see, he had been there 12 hours and said he had a grenade and wanted to exchange hostages for a bike.

I would think that I was going to be killed in that circumstance.

A bank robber will be in and out in 1 minute, using shock tactics and not giving anyone time to react. This bloke was an idiot, an I have no sympathy for what happened to him.

  • neil9327, are u a bankrobber or something? are u honestly saying that is was wrong of the police 2 take that guy out like that because he has rights?!

He had fucking hostages, was he mindful of their rights during that?

  • right on, thats an okay use of force, dumb american cops would have shot him
