@Marissa5Gomez In the stage show, the police run in with Johanna and Anthony locked in an embrace, and Toby had gone insane, cause he's still working the meat grinder. I would assume Johanna and Anthony move away and get married, and Toby is taken to the mad-house.

@Marissa5Gomez After Toby kills Sweeney, Johanna and Anthony arrive with the police (Johanna was almost killed by Sweeney, so when Anthony got back, she told him, and they brought the police back). They found Sweeney and the beggar woman dead. Toby has gone insane from what he has experienced and is brought to the asylum. Anthony and Johanna just run away together, as they had planned.
