I remember this ad. galaxy was then the tastiest chocolate bar bar none. I'm sure the recipe changed sometime in the 1980s, and is no longer as good. Pity. Plus I preferred the smaller blocks.

i dont like this new smooth galaxy its just boring normal stuff now the galaxy from say 6months ago was really creamy now it just tastes of dairy milk its not special now!

You'll REALLY get a "taste of the country" from Galaxy now Mars have started adding calves stomaches to the ingredients of all the chocolate they make! Check the ingredients for "rennet" then go to Google. Apparently anything with a sell-by date after October the 1st will have it.

After pressure from consumers this decision was reversed. The chocolate is now vegetarian again, but still (obviously as it is Cows Milk) not vegan.
