I think your tank is great. It's nice that you're not one of those people that think bettas will do fine in a place they can't even turn around in. It looks nice and clean, too.
But I;m going to agree with the other user, i don't think the beef diet is going over so well for your fish. He looked pretty bloated.
Nice tank and all, but that poor fish looks like he's croaked. I have never been told to feed my fish beef... Blood worms + Betta pellets but never beef. Beef does not provide your Betta with a balanced nutrition and could make him very sick. It's nice that you're trying to give people an over-view of caring for a Betta, but you should provide facts rather than "I got this and this and this.. " .
