Go to Utobeer in Borough Market (London Bridge station) as they sell a few of the range. The Rake is their little sister pub which is also in the market and often sells their beer. That's your best bet. Enjoy London!
You're right, there's no controversy since this beer is expensive. I know Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA isn't causing binge drinking over here since it's about $8 - $11 for a 12oz bottle (20% ABV).
As long as it's a good beer that's what matters. You ever watch BrewDog's Youtube channel? they do a lot of behind-the-scenes at the brewery.
My beer store doesn't get anything from BrewDog, but I'm gonna shop around because I've heard great things thanks to you and Zak!

Beer Advocate, Rate Beer and San Koch himself diagree with your opinion. Tokio is much more viscous. I had Worldwide Stout's 2002 vintage that was 23%. The only better stout was Weyerbacher's 13. Tactical Nuclear Penquin is a joke. Freeze concentrated beers to increase strength. Horseshit novelty. Sam adams 2011 Utopias is still the strongest TRADITIONALLY BREWED beers that do not employ the stupid freeze concentrating made popular by Aventinus's Eisbock.
Yeah it's a big one!! It took over an hour for me to finish it, sipping my way through. I really enjoyed it though and I'm going to buy more to put away because I think it'll be even better in a few years!
And yes, on a cold day this would be fantastic. I can see Christmas morning being fun this year :)

Wow. Sounds like quite a beer. That a lot of ABV. Might be a little too much for my taste. But I bet on a cold day it would be really superb!
