if your 5ft 7 you'll grow out of a bw 85 quick,but in ACU races you can only ride a 125/250 f if your older than 14 unless you have a special upgrade.

All Bikes have powerbands, even 4 strokes. Its just the part of the power curve that gives the most pull in each gear.
