  • The question I asked at the class I was obliged to take that was giving students these whistles was:

What caliber cartridges does this whistle take and to fire it.

  • @yuowatcher- That's FUNNY!

  • @DeadeyeKeith Oh, yeah, you definitely can imagine the reaction of everybody when I asked with all seriousness I could (I repeat it as I missed one word in my original comment):

What caliber cartridges does this whistle take and how to fire it?

  • Good point.

  • I can imagine it now..... you're being mugged.... you blow the whistle and amazingly someone DOES come to your aid ..... only that person who's helping you only brought their whistle.

  • THAT is a great idea for another video! lol

  • @DeltaNovemberLima213 Well, it sound like the whistle if more sort of self sacrificing OTHERS DEFENSE (not self defense) tool. Like: Hey, they are robbing/mugging/killing here; everybody, run away, save your butts. Amazingly, these "self defense" classes that give you the whistle are taught by police or security officer, and that one has more appropriate tool in his/her holster, not the whistle. Someone said to instructor: "let's swap: you carry my whistle, I'll carry your gun"

  • Gun control advocates act like gun control laws are good even if they won't stop criminals. They think that it's bad to assume that some people won't follow a law when the law is being written. If we're going to assume that every law that is written will be followed, then any gun control law is completely obsolete because we already have laws against murder and suicide.

  • @ab1tchslap The only flaw in what you said is: you said "gun control advocates think...", which is wrong. Majority of them don't think. Those of them who think (and lure those who don't think into their supporters) do think absolutely different from what they say. They have absolutely different agenda. That is why logically it is very easy to defeat what they say. But you don't change what they do by demonstrating them what they say is logically wrong. They will keep pursuing DIFFERENT AGENDA.

  • @yuowatcher I'm sure most of them are just thinking on a very basic level, but I find it odd that they're all so unwilling to change their opinions when confronted with logical arguments. Have you ever had a political argument that resulted in your opponent agreeing with you? I don't understand how people can be so stubborn.

  • @ab1tchslap These people are so stubborn because of the fact they don't think. It is not to offend them, just constatation of fact. (very few do think and you can convince them to accept your point of view, so we keep trying) Those who do think already thought about it and came to the same conclusion as gun advocates did. Which boils down to:

God created men. Samuel Colt made them equal.

  • First I'd like to say something to all those who make positive comments on Keith's videos, you have renewed my faith in the American people. Second to Keith, I cannot express the amount of respect I have for you. I hope that thousands have heard your videos and given them true thought, whether they choose to agree or not. If not thousands than even one soul who is inspired to think on their own for a change is well worth the effort you put forth. Please keep them coming, 1 turns 1000 quickly.

  • Wow, I'm honored and not quite sure what to say. Thanks. I'll keep putting the videos up. You guys feel free to rate, comment and pass them along to others. God bless!

  • Im proud to say that SGTBaker23 is my son.

  • Writing your representative can give you a good insight into their thought processes. I wrote my rep, Charles Gonzalez and he replied back. While in his reply he stated that he supports the 2nd Amendment, there was also language that stated that he would not support senseless gun control laws that would infringe on a citizens 2nd Amendment rights. Read between the lines folks when you get your replies from your Legislative representatives. Gonzalez clearly doesn't get it.

  • We all need to do this.

  • Like a car alam going off does any good.

  • Exactly.

  • So true!!

  • As a retired cop I carried a gun and a whistle for 27 years. I used the whistle a lot to direct traffic and such. Fortunately I never had to use the gun. But I was sure glad I had it. I knew if I needed a gun a whistle would be a poor and useless substitute.

  • Well said.

  • @kve751 I would be curious what you will do if you told to teach the self defense class that gives these "self defense" whistles... when you as a police officer are carrying gun.

  • The new gun law folks,,,, is packed with meat gun laws. If your gun is a meat gun the laws are in the gun legislation. Nobody reads these things and when it comes to guns or sex offenders no one wants too but THINK these law are not made just for people who have not or will not do or not do something with their gun. They are for everyone. Get the sex laws out of the gun law bill before it passes. All for guns but not for protection a rubber can cover.

  • Love it!

  • Thanks! I've got one more whistle one I'll add in a few days. I think you'll like it.

  • It's reminding me of the shooting in the Lane Bryant last year. 5 people were killed and the gunman got away with a police officer NEXT DOOR to the crime scene.

  • The police cannot be every where. That is why we need to arm ourselves.

  • "Young lady, YOU toot the whistle, no one else can do it for you!"

  • Now that is a good use of logic on your part. Keep em' coming!

  • Thank you, sir. Nice chain saw. ;-)

  • These people just don't get it.

    Maybe someday...
