Love the tutorial. HATE the annoying keyboard clickety clack IN MY EAR! for the love of god, PlEASE! use a remote keyboard if you can. The sound is incredibly annoying. Other than that AWESOME JOB!

that clickity clacking means he has a mechanichle keyboard likely (gaming keyboard etc) which is a very good thing. The only real way to get rid of background noise like that completely though is to do two recording sessions, one with fraps and one with audio where you are just talking, but that is very time consuming.

My 10.7.2 OS X Lion doesn't have wget by default. I tried to use curl, but it wasn't working, so I just downloaded the tarball in the browser.
