I made myself an alternate version of Takk with the three extra tracks from the Sæglópur single in place of Milano and Gong. I think the album works better that way; it gives it some more mellow pieces to balance out the loud crescendo-building songs.

It still wouldn't have hurt to have left it as a B-side, IMO. I think Takk is a great album for the most part, but there's a few too many really loud/intense songs on it. IMO they should have replaced a few of those songs with the mellow Sæglópur tracks to give the album more of a balance.

This track is SO much better than Saeglopur. This one has that wondeful liquid, dewy, chilly feel to it. It's very cinematic and emotional, with a truly beautiful melody.
