The Harry Potter books weren't all written back then, the first one was only published in 1997 and she wasn't even in the first one.

I think that Brittany Murphy would have played a better Bellatrix (regaurdless of the fact she died just in time for the deathly hallows)

I don't think that Tonks is a character worth being played by her because she was only in one movie and maybe only 3 or 4 scenes,

Okay....first of all, yes, I know all the books weren't out in the 90s, I get that. I was just saying, based on her appearance here, in her younger days she was more reminiscent of Tonks than Bellatrix, and would've made a good Tonks HAD the books been around then. Yes, it is a smaller, less flamboyant role than Bellatrix, and as it was she was featured beautifully in the films.
