After you pay all of them all you'll have a larger living room, an attic (available from the start), a second floor room, a basement, and a flagpole for your house.

give money to the city fund thing in the city hall but u have to give a lot though. i think like 500,000 bells just to get a fountain in your town, but u might get more stuff before that idk
