From what I could gather, White Len seems to act for her own reasons and isn't necessarily evil.

She seems to fit more Anti hero than villain.

No, that's his "current" (well, since he's outside the realm of time, current might not be quite so accurate) occupation. In terms of his hero status, it can only be one of 3, "proper" hero(ine) (like Arturia Pendragon), antihero (like Gilgamesh), or dark hero(ine) (like Medea).

She's basically all the sides of Len that wasn't used; since Len wasn't suppressing any sort of evil intent White Len couldn't be possible be actually evil either. She is, however, selfish as hell all.

it is normal if there are no voice acting.

back in 2006-07 Act Cadenza Ver.B (arcade version) didn't have voice acting as well, so Type-Moon will add them in the PC version of Actress Again when it comes out
