  • beat fire and nice setup surprise this vid is going on 5 years ago. Peace stay up

  • 5 stars man

  • Straight fire my fam! You got mad talent keep em coming....take care! peace!

  • good beats, but i think u need new drum sounds. all the drums in every video are similiar. my opinion tho

  • I liked the keyboard part... did you make that up right then or had you been working on that for a while? I'm a sampling dude but I wish I could come up with dope keyboard runs as quick as that...

  • Just made it up...thats why the video was so long...didn't know where I was going. I usually don't think about what I want to play and just "freestyle" it.

  • tiight!

  • b.s.

  • i didn't know what to expect, sounds great in the end!

  • Thanks.

  • it was ass when u was making it but the finished shit was hot

    check mine out myspace/skillfullturk18

  • Great job yo

    !

  • ill beat son. sound ssuper westcoasty for real my dude. i'm felling that shit. how you like that midi controller son? i was thinking of copping one of those form my homie who doesnt even use the shit anymore. stay up and keep making them bangers. peace god

  • Good lookin! The Korg Kontrol 49 is the best midi keyboard I've used! buy it!

  • betta dan maudio stuff

  • nice beat, man

  • I can hear Cypress Hill on it. Good shit my man.

  • pffffffft

  • what you think about the command 8 isnt it like the m- audio

  • Command 8 is very different because you can only use the I/O with Protools. There are some shortcomings, like the fact that one can't dial in a send or a plug-in right from the console...only to modify but not initiate.....its only a great tool and useful interface for any Pro Tools mixing environment. P-Mix I/O works with Ableton, Cubase, Logic, Protools...so its a more versatile device for DAW's. The PMIX is more for the money...its the future.

  • Hi again Lex(& co),I just have the Pmix at home¡¡¡¡

Is a very very pretty balanced thing PMIX¡¡¡

I think digi 003 is superior in some points than pmix, but in a general balance price/options/qualty the pmix offer more things like the 8 integrated XLR mic imputs(4 in digi 002/003),that is a great thing especially if you want record acustic drums without any more external mic preamp support, but,PRICE difference is the principal reason(for me)to buy PMIX against digi 003¡¡¡

  • nice

  • Making beats..is the sound quality good on the m audio??

  • Besides Protools HD, PMIX does record at 24bits-44.1, 48, 88.2, 96kHz. Thats industry standard recording...its a very flexible machine...check out my Video on the Project mix that I did. Digi003 is good if your going to use Protools LE, have allot of money, and your not going to use other apps like Ableton live, Cubase, Logic, Etc....PMIX allows you to use all those Apps and record with them. I used a Digi 002 which was mostly used for recording vocals...

  • But can't the Digi 003 still be used to record and move faders in ableton live and reason? I'm still on the fence about which to get.

  • Being that it has a built in Card that does 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96kHz...of course it does...but for vocals no matter what you use you still need a preamp, Compressor, and a good mic. Project mix was used to do Pirates of the Caribean 1 & 2...all music still has to be mastered into an HD system regardless. M-Audio Built in Firewire card does the job. Remember! You still need a power full computer regardless of a Digi003 or PMIX

  • Yo DigiDesgin 003 or M Audio project mix?????

  • escobarstatus- depends what you will be mostly using it for...recording vocals or making beats? Which are you mostly focusing on. The only differences are that the digi003 uses Protools 7.3 LE and ProjectMix uses Protools 7.3 M-Powered (M for M-Audio). Digi 03 can only be used for Protools and Project mix can be used with everything. Bang for the buck is PMIX!!!

  • Thaks for your answer man,yeah I know about Projectmix specs:midi controller+ a 1814 firewire,with 8 xlr mic preamps,is an awesome thing¡¡

I want to buy it to make records with my acustic drums, and synths, guitars, etc too,,,you know Lex.

Well Lex thanks and continue making this so good melodies, you have talent man¡¡¡¡¡

  • Good job man,I like it to be a mix example.I`m think about to buy a M-audio Projectmix, some people told me that it works very good, isn`t it?

Good example of mixed sounds,I like that melody.

  • willyloops- Thanks man! The project mix is a plus in any studio and I think its ahead of its time. I suggested to anyone. Remember that it doesn't have any sounds, its just a mixer which you could use to record and mix with protools or reason.

  • wot u never eq any o dem sounds? if u jus usin standard presets then u neva gunna av u own origanal syle get me

  • GzeePea- This was done straight up and was not remastered thats why it sounds synthetic. The point of the video is just to show how things get put together. But I know what you mean about using different sounds. Thanks

  • the sound a 1:33 is off the chizzle fo real!

  • quit lookin at the camera fool this ain't a beauty contest

  • LOL!

  • yo tht first deep bass could trun into a heavy deep house tune at 125 bpm add some nic kick drums and percussions and a sezy vocal sorted

  • shit sounds aight playboy, i'm thinking it sounds kinda reggaetonish, but that's just me. That shit might work wit some Dembow type shit in it.

  • thats hot homeboy, keep doing your thing, Peace And Be Blessed!!!

  • Ayeeeeeee ayeeeeee like it dog

  • cool man good job sound good

  • yo man that sounds real good. keep it up.

  • Start your melody of in a lower key and it is a little busy. If you have two diffrent similar sounds then just cut one,it gives you cleaner sound.Think Dr.Dre simpler is better.

  • Thanks man! I love constructive critism. I will try that. Usually I make these videos on the fly so what ever comes out comes out on tape...I just shorten it.

  • a bit too bussy.

  • eh... okay stuff....

  • Those look like bachata guitars, nice stuff

  • hot shit

  • i like it mayne what keyboard was that?

  • Korg Control 49
