I heard Strobe Liquid Lotion is better bcuz it's a more lighter weight than the Strobe Cream Lotion. Hope that helps! :)

what does urban decay primer potion do? does it make the eye shadow colors more intense? :S

I would recommend MAC shadestick in crimsonaire...but that was a limited edition product so if you can't get your hands on it, you can use flammable paint.
