Its not lame. Its actually a really creepy movie. You just have to remember its a 70s horror film so there isn't all that cgi crap like in the new films. Its all psychological.

Yea but its more psychological than supernatural. You never really see any ghosts, its more about how the house drives people to do things.

The house is now 412 Ocean Ave and they changed those creepy ass windows so they dont look like eyes nemore. doesnt look half as scary nemore.

ooh, and im not even kidding, my mom use to live there, only for 3 months though

she got robbed so many times, and a couple weird things happened.. it was after the murder, and it was when the movie was coming out.

she lived in the room on the top floor with the scary windows!!!! =0

It's about a haunted house in Long Island, New York and this couple goes to live there with their three children and find out that the family that lived there before them was murdered by the oldest brother. They only end up living there for 28 days because the ghosts of the family begin haunting them and making them all go crazy

Exceptional is all i can say about this edited version. Really protrays the movie well. This is far better then the remake, the remake was way off in reguarding truth from fact and it actually exposed alot of fact. This one show's some truth. Well i guess we will never what really happend the last night in that house. The Lutz's took it to they're grave So i guess we will never know!!

Thanks and yes that does suck we don't really know what really happened at the house and if it is really haunted or not. I think it really is haunted but you know, opinion doesn't always answer anything.
