The wood on these homes is so water damaged its pointless to even keep these up. If these get finished you have a home that has had serious water damage. It would be unethical if these are finish and sold. The banks are probably just selling and reselling to each other to keep the prices up until the economy comes back. But will the economy come back? Commercial buildings and residential homes all over the place in Tacoma/Seattle area Washington state with for lease signs on them and vacant, the numbers have doubled in the last 12 months. Nobody seems to notice or want to talk about it, people in general, the media etc, must be all the prozac and paxil clouding the vision.
