Hey, RFM! Thank you for suggesting this soup. I will have to give it a try and let you know how it goes. I'll probably use 1/4 the jalapeno and red pepper because of my week Irish stomach. :P
@Lesbiana31 The speed of the blender warms it up a little but not to the point of cooking. That way all the anzymes stay alive and makes it much more healthier and raw.
I made a mean spicy raw mexi soup a few weeks ago. I used a whole jalapeno and some cayenne too with lots of cilantro (I love it!), boy did it wake me up after my workout!
I might get some mushrooms and try making this recipe with a few variations....
I keep getting re-motivated by you to start my own youtube channel for raw food and raw fitness....
Baby portobellos or crimini mushrooms - whatever they are they are both divine. I have come to give you some brotherly love. I really and growing to respect you bro. I love watching your videos blossom. Thank you for all that you share here. You have an amazing story to share. I also love to see you having so much fun with raw food, going from steak master to raw master! That is one beautiful big bowl of soup! Spicy lol you must had an iron gut to handle spices!!! Much love to you Mr Motivation
No, but I have been thinking about it and now that I have some videos to share, I will be setting one up soon. Thanks for watching and let me know how you like the soup once you make it.
Thanks so much for this! I've never seen any appealing raw soup recipes before but this looks amazing! I'm definitely going to be trying this at some point.
Have you ever thought about making a simple blog on blogspot or something where you can upload the recipes for your videos to have it as an index and run them side by side to make it easier for people to look through your stuff and write it all down? :)
Looks good ! I don't have a dehydrator...does this soup work with the mushrooms raw ?

Hey, it's me again. Question: You said you dehydrated the diced mushrooms for 30 minutes. At what temperature?
Thanks!
