If your drunk driving and someone calls you in, they are doing you and everyone else on the road a favor. Not trying to get you in trouble. She got what she deserved. She needed some time to think about what she did. Not send her home to drink more.. Come on man. Think about it.

As for what a person does at home whether it be drinking some more is no one's business as they are not doing anyone any harm drinking at home. How bout thinking about the overall situation here rather then chanting how bad it is to drink and drive and deserve to go to jail if you get behind the wheel and drive. She wasn't called in on, she called the cops herself and not the other way around.

I don't think that she needs time to think about what she did wrong. She even understood and confessed that what she was doing was wrong as she was calling herself into the cops drunk, so she must have an even greater amount of common sense for that or for those similar situations while she's sober.
