jima just another thing, using this method what if the device reboots...? then what like after you add a package and it asks to respring/restart.. then how do you get the file

you can copy the file over before tapping the "restart/reboot iphone" button; means, before going back to the actual package description package.

the packages you want to install need to be downloaded before; so cydia downloads them to /private/var/cache/apt/archive­s.

you can also copy the package before it has even finished installing the app, you just need to be sure that it has finished downloading it.
