Don't think TOO much into this guys. In The Secret World, every conspiracy theory (that is about organizations and supernatural, but probably not aliens etc) is true. When it says "Atlantis is Rising", it means it literally - that there was once Atlantis and you'll either discover it or find the first clues to it.

And the stuff gets epic towards the end because the main story of the launch game of TSW is about the 2012 end of the world. You must stop or postpone it, the end of the planet.

I hope that theory that the pyramids, Bermuda triangle, some place in South America with deformed species and unexplained radiation, I think stone henge, and a LOT of other places around the world create a geometric pattern like a map that ancient advanced aliens(i think the original humans) use is real. This would be perfect for this game since its global and uses all these mysterious places. Its big enough to be what the main plot is based on at the end of the game.
