Slight correction-- while Hoagy Carmichael *did* play what is probably one of the more famous renditions of 'Chopsticks', he was *far* from the one who composed it-- that was British composer Euphemia Allen (writing under the psuedonym of Arthur de Lulli) in 1877; this almost *a full 70 years* before Carmichael would play Chopsticks in a duet with Harold Russell in William Wyler's celebrated 1946 film "The Best Years Of Our Lives".
